In the rural Appalachian backcountry, siblings Kip, Josie, and Boots Conley live on society’s margins, continuing the family business of distributing opioids and illegal pharmaceuticals in a community ravaged by addiction. For them, trafficking is not merely crime—it is the only means of survival they have ever known.
