Set years after the events of the first film, Stake Land II follows Martin, now grown up, surviving in a world still ravaged by the vampire plague.
The fragile community he lives in is destroyed by a new and dangerous threat: a cult led by a fanatical vampire leader known as “The Mother,” who seeks to dominate what remains of humanity.
Left with nothing, Martin sets out to find Mister, the vampire hunter who once saved him. The two reunite and embark on a new journey, facing hordes of vampires and fanatical followers.
Their journey takes them through even more hostile territories, testing their endurance and bond. Martin, now hardened and disillusioned, must confront his past and what he has become.
The film retains the dark, gritty tone of the original, blending horror, action, and road movie elements in a hopeless post-apocalyptic world.

Ambientato anni dopo gli eventi del primo film, Stake Land II ritrova Martin ormai adulto, sopravvissuto in un mondo ancora devastato dalla piaga dei vampiri.
La fragile comunità in cui vive viene distrutta da una nuova e pericolosa minaccia: una setta guidata da una fanatica leader vampira chiamata “La Madre”, che mira a dominare ciò che resta dell’umanità.
Rimasto senza casa e senza speranza, Martin decide di mettersi in viaggio per ritrovare Mister, il cacciatore di vampiri che lo aveva salvato anni prima. I due si riuniscono e intraprendono una nuova missione, affrontando orde di vampiri e seguaci fanatici.
