After discovering she is terminally ill, a wealthy woman turns to extreme measures in a desperate attempt to save her life. She becomes involved in a dark ritual connected to a mysterious antique object known as the “Jack in the Box.”

Legend has it that the box contains a demonic entity that can only be released through human sacrifice. Believing the ritual may cure her, she allows the box to be opened in her home, triggering a series of terrifying events.

Once unleashed, the creature begins to manifest, spreading death and chaos to anyone who comes near it. The evil quickly escalates, and it becomes clear that the cost of survival is far greater than expected.

As the body count rises, those involved must find a way to stop the entity before it’s too late.
