Mad Cats is a Japanese action-horror film blending revenge, monsters, and splatter-style humor.
The story follows a young man living a difficult and isolated life until his brother mysteriously disappears after being involved in an illegal experiment. Determined to uncover the truth, he becomes entangled in a conflict between a secret organization and ferocious humanoid creatures.
These creatures, known as “Mad Cats,” are the result of uncontrolled scientific experiments and behave like ruthless killers. Initially unprepared, the protagonist is forced to fight for survival and to save what remains of his family.
The film mixes violent combat, grotesque elements, and an intentionally exaggerated tone typical of Japanese underground genre cinema.

La storia segue un giovane uomo che vive una vita difficile e solitaria, fino a quando suo fratello scompare misteriosamente dopo essere stato coinvolto in un esperimento illegale. Deciso a scoprire la verità, il protagonista si ritrova coinvolto in un conflitto tra una misteriosa organizzazione e creature umanoidi feroci.
Queste creature, chiamate “Mad Cats”, sono il risultato di esperimenti scientifici fuori controllo e si muovono come assassini spietati. Il protagonista, inizialmente impreparato, è costretto a combattere per sopravvivere e salvare ciò che resta della sua famiglia.
