A Man of Reason

A Man of Reason is a South Korean action thriller marking the directorial debut of Jung Woo-sung.

The story follows Su-hyuk, a man who has spent years in prison to protect his crime boss. After his release, he discovers he has a daughter he never knew about, which inspires him to leave his criminal life behind.

However, his past refuses to let him go. The boss he once protected feels betrayed and sees him as a threat. To eliminate him, he hires a pair of ruthless and unpredictable assassins.

Su-hyuk is forced into a fight for survival, trying to protect his chance at a new life. The film blends intense action with a more personal story about redemption and fatherhood.

La storia segue Su-hyuk, un uomo che ha trascorso anni in prigione per proteggere il suo boss criminale. Una volta rilasciato, scopre di avere una figlia di cui non conosceva l’esistenza, evento che lo spinge a voler cambiare vita e lasciare il mondo della criminalità.
